Senior Manager, Environmental Health & Safety - Remote

Overview

This is a key leadership position and an important member of Spartech’s EHS team, responsible for Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures.

In Short

• Responsible for EHS improvement efforts.
• Lead training systems across all plants.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental laws.
• Obtain regulatory declarations for raw materials.
• Create Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for products.
• Create Article Information Sheets for products.
• Collaborate with various teams on EHS policies.
• Travel to respective manufacturing plants as required.

Requirements

• Experience in Environmental Health and Safety management.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.
• Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Experience with regulatory declarations and product stewardship.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to develop and implement EHS policies.
