Product Manager - Remote

In Short

• Own and deliver roadmap priorities for employer and employee-facing workflows.
• Use research, data, and experimentation to shape product decisions.
• Collaborate deeply with design and ops to ensure experiences are simple, accurate, and scalable.
• Balance the needs of multiple user types: employees, HR admins, managers, and more.
• Tackle ambiguous, complex problem areas and work across teams to find elegant solutions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of PM experience in B2B2C or operational SaaS.
• Passionate about crafting intuitive workflows and reducing friction in regulated spaces.
• Data-literate: you ask the right questions, run or spec analyses, and measure outcomes.
• Comfortable driving initiatives with limited precedent or guidance.
• Clear communicator and systems thinker.
