Lead the design and development of user-facing features.
Translate intricate designs and wireframes into high-quality, reusable, and efficient code.
Optimize components for peak performance across diverse web-capable devices and browsers.
Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and maintaining code quality.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed features.
Make day-to-day engineering decisions based on complex business requirements and contexts.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in frontend development.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
Deep understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as Next.js/React or Nuxt.js/Vue and their core principles.
Familiarity with EcmaScript (ES6+) and newer specifications.
Strong knowledge of CSS (Flexbox, Grid) and modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind (preferred), Bootstrap or Material-UI.
Experience with frontend build tools like Webpack, Vite, esbuild, tsc, and SWC.
Proven problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong grasp of UX and design principles.
Leadership skills and experience mentoring junior developers.
