Overview

The Compensation Analyst II plays a key role in the administration and support of the company’s incentive compensation programs, partnering closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and other stakeholders.

In Short

  • Assist in the administration of the Incentive Plan Program.
  • Participate in merger due diligence and support compensation integration.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Finance on compensation programs.
  • Prepare and analyze compensation reports.
  • Assist in designing and implementing incentive plans.
  • Track Employee Agreements.
  • Manage incentive budgets.
  • Provide support for incentive accrual projections.
  • Document compensation procedures.
  • Cross-train in related responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in compensation management.
  • 2 years in a leadership role preferred.
  • HR or Compensation Professional Certification preferred.
