Overview

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering inbound calls and accurately recording excavation information while providing excellent customer service in both English and Spanish.

In Short

  • 100% Remote position, must reside in South Carolina
  • Fluent in English and Spanish required
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
  • Compensation: $19.53 + potential performance bonuses

  • Typing speed of at least 45 wpm required

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Ability to type at least 45 wpm accurately
  • Effective time management skills
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls
  • Must have minimum internet speeds of 3 Mbps upload/10 Mbps download
  • Willingness to undergo a background check
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Dedication to safety and public interest
