Overview

We are seeking an experienced Collections Specialist with a strong background in accounts receivable collections within a law firm to ensure timely collection of the firm's accounts receivable.

In Short

• Manage accounts receivable reminder statement process.
• Engage with clients in a professional manner.
• Communicate with clients via email and telephone.
• Maintain accurate information in collections software.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Monitor and track client payment plans.
• Document collection efforts accurately.
• Prepare and review reports for data integrity.
• Collaborate with Credit Managers on payment plans.
• Conduct semi-yearly project to determine collectability.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of accounts receivable collections experience.
• Experience in law firm accounting is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Exhibits professional maturity under pressure.
