Collections Specialist - Remote

We're looking for a Collections Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional service while ensuring billing accuracy and timely payment resolution.

In Short

• Manage the full billing process from initial client setup to ongoing payment follow-through.
• Communicate with clients and resolve questions.
• Research account issues and ensure accurate records.
• Contact clients to collect outstanding payments.
• Ensure compliance with company billing policies.
• Monitor accounts for overdue payments.
• Notify Accounting of potential invoice write-offs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in billing, collections, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
