Smartsheet Database Administrator (Contract) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Smartsheet Data Administrator to join our Adult Publishing Operations team for a six-month contract role. You will help manage Smartsheet title schedules, maintain data accuracy, and support reporting tools that keep our publishing workflow running smoothly.

In Short

• Input and update scheduling data for active and upcoming titles in Smartsheet.
• Support secondary schedule setup and adjustments for reflows or delivery changes.
• Maintain dashboards and assist with reporting tasks.
• Collaborate with Managing Editors to ensure up-to-date and accurate timelines.
• Contribute to system upkeep and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Prior experience in publishing operations, production, or managing editorial preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Smartsheet or similar project management tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Enthusiasm for supporting process and system improvements.
