The Medical Affairs Solutions Manager will bridge the gap between Medical Affairs strategic needs and cutting-edge AI technologies, driving innovation and value creation for pharmaceutical clients.

In Short

• Partner with Sales Directors for customer discovery and AI-driven solutions.
• Act as a liaison between medical affairs teams and AI solutions.
• Maintain best practice guides for AI solution adoption.
• Support AI roadmap development for pharmaceutical customers.

• Collaborate with technology and product teams to meet customer needs.
• Provide expert guidance in medical affairs areas.

Requirements

• Experience in the Pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Proven experience working with field teams.
• Understanding of medical insights processes and best practices.
• Advanced degree in life sciences or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years in Pharma or Biotech with 5 years in medical affairs.
• Strong understanding of industry challenges and AI opportunities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Project leadership experience.
