Overview

This position is for a Project Director specializing in observability within a dynamic team at Sopra Steria, a major player in the tech industry in Europe.

In Short

  • Lead projects in observability for major national and international clients.
  • Analyze and synthesize client functional and technical needs.
  • Develop implementation proposals including budgeting and scheduling.
  • Coordinate project managers in deploying solutions.
  • Manage relationships and contracts with service providers.
  • Ensure adherence to quality, cost, and deadline commitments.
  • Plan and execute projects for solution evolution.
  • Define and monitor KPIs related to solution performance.
  • Propose new features in collaboration with technical experts.
  • Engage with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 8 years of experience in observability and project management.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English.
  • Experience in managing complex projects and crisis situations.
  • General knowledge of infrastructure and observability solutions.
  • Familiarity with ITIL, Prince 2, PMI, SAFe, DevOps, SRE.
  • Ability to motivate teams and clients.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Leadership capabilities.
