IT Production Engineer - Remote

Overview

The IT Production Engineer will respond to incidents, diagnose and resolve technical issues while ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLA). You will work within the Digital Platform Services team in Strasbourg and have the opportunity to grow your career with support from your operational manager.

• Respond to incidents and resolve technical problems.
• Communicate with internal and external teams for incident tracking.
• Monitor systems proactively to detect anomalies.
• Manage software updates and system configurations.
• Participate in process automation for deployment and incident management.
• Document procedures and technical interventions.
• Train and advise teams on IT production best practices.
• Collaborate with development and security teams.
• Contribute to infrastructure improvement projects.
• Work may involve on-call duties outside regular hours.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and customer service orientation.
• Experience in incident resolution and teamwork.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Proactive and strong communication skills.
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Interest in technical challenges and innovation.
