Overview

We are looking for an Experienced Pre-Sales Manager to join our Defense & Security Business Unit in Aix-en-Provence, responsible for business development and pre-sales activities in military simulations and tactical data link solutions.

In Short

  • Lead business development and pre-sales for military simulation and tactical data link solutions.
  • Identify and stimulate future needs and opportunities.
  • Contribute to product strategy definition.
  • Prepare winning offers in response to tenders.
  • Analyze consultation files and identify feasibility and profitability criteria.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders for quality responses.
  • Negotiate and draft contractual conditions with clients.
  • Present technical offers to clients.
  • Develop the pre-sales team.
  • Manage pre-sales budgets.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • Over 5 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Proficient in project management methods.
  • Experience in pre-sales processes and public markets.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English for formal documentation and negotiations.
