Overview

As a Consultant in Organization & Culture Transformation, you will be challenged with complex organizational issues, which you translate from strategy to execution in collaboration with the client, or vice versa, scaling execution to organization-wide digital transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of experience in a relevant field.
• Fluency in Dutch.
• Passion for digital transformation and technology consulting.
• Ability to work in a hybrid location.
• Strong collaboration skills.

• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
