Overview

The Claims Adjuster for Tire Operations is responsible for processing claims related to tire road hazard protection and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the claims process.

In Short

  • Process claims in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Handle inquiries from customers and repair facilities.
  • Maintain quality assurance scores above 90%.
  • Establish good working relationships with customers and repair facilities.
  • Document all information gathered during claims calls.
  • Meet daily call volume requirements.
  • Update claims as needed throughout the day.
  • Attend all scheduled shifts punctually.
  • Seek additional work when assigned work is completed.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of service agreements and claims guidelines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in processing claims.
  • Experience in customer service or claims adjustment preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
