Overview

As a RevOps Lead at Sonia, you will take full ownership of our Go-To-Market infrastructure, ensuring our sales, marketing, and customer teams operate with clarity and efficiency.

In Short

  • Own the entire GTM systems stack including HubSpot, Stripe, and Zapier.
  • Build and maintain self-serve dashboards for key metrics.
  • Automate lifecycle transitions within the CRM.
  • Reduce manual work through smart automations.
  • Drive onboarding and training for the sales team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years experience in RevOps / SalesOps, preferably in a B2B SaaS or AI startup.
  • Deep knowledge of HubSpot and its features.
  • Experience with Zapier, Stripe, and ideally Demodesk.
  • Familiarity with SaaS GTM models and revenue frameworks.
  • Systems mindset for scalability and clarity.
  • Proactive and process-driven individual.
  • Fluent in German or English, with proficiency in the other.
