Overview

As a Chief of Staff at Sonia, you will work closely with the Founder, driving key initiatives and ensuring operational excellence in a hybrid work environment.

In Short

• Lead strategic projects to improve efficiency.
• Track high-priority initiatives and proactively resolve obstacles.
• Communicate initiative status to leadership and coordinate across teams.
• Connect teams working on similar projects to break down silos.
• Provide decision support through data gathering and analysis.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the Founders.
• Plan and execute team and board meetings.
• Manage board meeting preparation and materials.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a top-tier consultancy.
• Technical background.
• Experience in an operational role, ideally within a startup.
• Exceptional analytical capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English and German; French is a plus.
