Senior Product Designer - Remote

Overview

SonderMind’s design team is looking to add a Senior Product Designer who will take complex workflows and convert them into easy-to-use, seamless and delightful experiences that drive SonderMind's mission to redesign behavioral health.

In Short

• Design product experiences that people love to use.
• Create user-centered designs that optimize workflows and solve pain points.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement features.
• Conduct user testing and evaluate product design effectiveness.
• Define opportunities for product enhancements through user research.
• Advocate for high design quality within the team.
• Utilize and contribute to design systems and component libraries.
• Stay updated on design best practices and industry trends.
• Manage multiple workstreams effectively.
• Mentor junior designers and support their growth.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in digital product design.
• Strong portfolio with result-driven case studies.
• Experience with desktop and mobile design.
• Deep experience in user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of design tools like Figma and Jira.
• Experience with emerging technologies like LLMs and GenAI.
• Ability to build and maintain design systems.
