Sonatype is the software supply chain security company, empowering enterprises to create and maintain secure, quality, and innovative software at scale. We are adding more Customer Success Advocates (CSA) to ensure our customers continuously see value across the Sonatype Nexus Platform.

In Short

  • Mentor and educate customers on best practices for the Sonatype Nexus Platform.
  • Analyze customer experience gaps and work with teams to address them.
  • Act as the voice of the customer for product improvements.
  • Ensure customers are successful and delighted with Sonatype products.
  • Come from various backgrounds, including software engineering and customer support.
  • Knowledge of current SDLC and development tooling.
  • Desire to learn modern DevOps tooling.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Ability to travel for customer visits (10% travel).
