In Short

• Part-time position (up to 29 hours a week).
• Support talent acquisition efforts while managing front desk operations.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate communications.
• Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records.
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors.
• Assist with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects.
• Proficient in Google Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer-service mindset.
• Proficiency with Google Suite including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
• Experience with ATS platforms is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• High level of professionalism, initiative, and adaptability.
• Ability to work onsite in Sunnyvale on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
