Solutions Architect - Remote

Overview

In this role, you will sit at the intersection between sales, implementation, and product to ensure that we develop, sell, and implement the best possible product for our customers.

In Short

• Serve as a solutions consultant throughout the sales and implementation process.
• Define, document, and deliver product configurations.
• Collaborate with Project Managers for timely implementations.
• Champion customer-led UAT and conduct product training.
• Share expertise to optimize client partnerships.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation as the product evolves.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Workforce Management solutions.
• Ability to interpret and validate customer requirements.
• Experience using industry-standard project methods.
• Presentation and training skills.
