  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English preferred.
  • Experience in conducting evaluations for project effectiveness.
  • Data literacy and analytical skills to inform strategies.
  • Storytelling and communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Facilitation and coaching abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and changing priorities.
