Overview

Solutionreach is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payment Product Analyst to support merchant onboarding and offboarding, ensure compliance with industry standards, deliver user training, and foster strong client relationships. This role also involves facilitating operational reporting to support data-driven decision-making. Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, customer service expertise, and a solid understanding of payment processing systems.

In Short

  • Analyze financial and operational data to generate actionable insights.
  • Design, build, and maintain dynamic reports that support business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with surcharging laws and PCI standards.
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding workflows.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional support.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and conduct user training sessions.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues in processes and projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Continuously seek ways to streamline workflows and enhance the client experience.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and reporting.
  • Collaborative team player with experience across departments.
  • Familiarity with payment processing systems and compliance standards.
  • Knowledge of PCI compliance and surcharging regulations (a plus).
  • Previous experience in healthcare finance or billing (preferred).
