Overview

The Independent Customer Success Coach at Solutionreach is responsible for ensuring the success and value delivery for new customers during the Onboarding phase.

  • Knowledge of healthcare operations is a plus.
  • Exceptional presentation and engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
  • Basic computer skills for troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Clear communication skills.
