Overview

The FinTech QA Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of financial platforms and integrations, involving both manual and automated testing, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Ensure quality and reliability of financial platforms.
• Conduct both manual and automated testing using Selenium.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5-7+ years of experience in QA roles, ideally in FinTech.
• Experience with Selenium-based automation.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for defect tracking.
• Exposure to data analytics and reporting (Power BI preferred).
• Understanding of agile methodologies.
• Ability to diagnose complex issues and analyze metrics.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical aptitude with scripting or coding.
• Problem-solving and adaptability skills.
