Accounts Payable Clerk - Remote

In Short

• Participate in team efforts to improve department functioning.
• Daily processing of accounts payable transactions.
• Review and create uploads of employee expense reports.
• Reconcile monthly vendor statements.
• Maintain vendor records and payment records.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities.
• Prepare and process weekly check payments.
• Perform activities related to employee travel expense processing.
• Assist with various projects as needed.
• Training will be onsite for one week.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Moderate Excel skills required.
• Experience with NetSuite/ERP systems a plus.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
