Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years experience in medical authorizations.
• Comprehensive understanding of insurance verification and medical terminology.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
• Knowledge of EHR and practice management software.
