In Short

• Develop and expand brand partnerships for outdoor sports apparel in Canada & the U.S.
• Identify sales opportunities and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets.
• Provide expert recommendations on product selection, materials, and design.
• Stay ahead of market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with SOLAMODA’s global business team for technical, production, and quality support.
• Travel within North America for client visits, trade shows, and industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Textile Engineering, Sports Management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of outdoor apparel materials, production, and fashion trends.
• 5-10 years in outdoor apparel, sportswear, or related industries.
• Strong B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals.
• Established network of brand clients or key industry connections in North America.
• Minimum 5 years of retail experience in North America.
• Fluent in English; French preferred.
• Strong market research, data analysis, and strategic planning skills.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and digital sales tools.
