Independent Vaccine Contract Manager - Remote

Overview

The Independent Vaccine Contract Manager (iVCM) is responsible for working with various teams to support effective pricing and contracting discussions for Pfizer’s vaccine portfolio.

In Short

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support pricing and contracting.
• Engage with executive and administrative personnel at large accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans.
• Accountable for all contracting activities in assigned accounts.
• Support the Pfizer Discounts on Demand program.
• Represent sales accounts' perspectives to HQ-based functions.
• Utilize data to prioritize business opportunities.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
• Manage complex issues and obstacles.
• Collaborate effectively across different parts of the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience.
• 7 years of experience with an MBA or 5 years with a PhD.
• Prior sales management or account management experience preferred.
• 3+ years of vaccine contracting experience.
• Ability to engage executive personnel compliantly.
• Strong financial/business acumen.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
• Advanced negotiation experience preferred.
• Experience with vaccine or buy and bill products preferred.
