Overview

The Senior Specialist in Inventory & Cost Accounting at IFF will manage inventory reconciliations, communicate with stakeholders, and support audits to ensure service excellence in a global organization.

• Manage month-end activities including plant closing and inventory reconciliations.
• Support audits and provide necessary documentation to stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and maintain SOP documentation.

• Work flexible hours during month-end closing periods.
• Utilize Microsoft tools and SAP ERP for accounting tasks.

Requirements

• Semi-Qualified CMA, Qualified CMA, or MBA (Finance) with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Inventory & Cost Accounting, R2R, or General Ledger Accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Exposure to SAP ERP (FI-CO) as an end-user is required.
• Familiarity with Blackline tool is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing business needs.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Willingness to work flexible hours during month-end close.
