Senior Trust Accounting Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Senior Trust Accounting Specialist will deliver the ProfitCoach Experience to clients through quality assurance reviews and efficient full-service accounting, while being aware of each client's unique needs.

In Short

• Assume ownership of client accounts within 90 days.
• Participate in new client onboardings.
• Perform bank reconciliation and trust accounting clean up.
• Act as a resource for complex trust accounting questions.
• Lead and participate in client meetings and communications.
• Review and own financial statements.
• Manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Train team members on new accounting software.
• Ensure timely completion of all client tasks.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvement.

Requirements

• Ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Advanced problem-solving skills.
• Bookkeeping experience with a focus on accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cloud-based applications.
• Ability to define and document new processes.
• Knowledge of AppFolio and Rentvine preferred.
• Basic ability to read and analyze financial statements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
