Overview

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Project Accounting Specialist to oversee and optimize accounting, billing, and invoicing processes, ensuring alignment with company obligations and project workflows. This role requires a thorough understanding of revenue recognition standards, including ASC 606, as well as deep experience leveraging the OpenAir platform to support billing and revenue activities.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of billing/invoicing experience.
• Deep expertise with OpenAir (all modules).
• Basic experience with NetSuite is preferred.
• Proficiency in Office Suite and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent experience.
