Overview

The Process Technician I is responsible for processing and packaging cultures at the Freeze Dry plant, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

In Short

• Process and package cultures produced at the Freeze Dry plant.
• Mix, blend, and formulate batches of raw ingredients.
• Ensure adherence to quality systems including ISO 9001 and Food Safety GMPs.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.
• Load and unload process equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of production processes.
• Clean, sanitize, and sterilize production equipment.
• Assist in compliance with regulatory agencies.
• Recognize atypical conditions and report them.
