Associate Category Manager, Facilities NA - Remote

Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing of the Facilities category in the NA region in accordance with Global Procurement policies, systems, and procedures, while contributing to the execution of the Global Procurement strategies through active participation on assigned Categories.

• Responsible for sourcing in the NA region.
• Develop strong sourcing capabilities within IFF.
• Execute regional category strategies.
• Perform spend analysis and market intelligence.
• Identify and approve new vendors.
• Negotiate master agreements and vendor performance issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for service quality improvement.
• Reduce working capital through payment term negotiation.
• Support technology buying and supplier partnerships.
• Ensure coordination across regions globally.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in relevant fields.
• 4+ years of negotiation experience.
• 3-5 years in US procurement.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
• Experience in the F&F industry.
• Proficient in Office 365 and procurement tools.
• CPSM or equivalent preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
