As a Lead Advocate at Solace, you will play a vital role in helping patients navigate complex health challenges and address health-related social needs, providing guidance and support to a growing team of advocates.

• Translate experience to improve advocate and patient experience
• Lead onboarding sessions for advocates
• Act as primary touchpoint for advocate inquiries

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Active licensure in health profession required
• Minimum 3 years in care management or related field
• Prior experience as an advocate at Solace preferred
• Comfortable leading virtual training sessions
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving needs
• Excitement for working in a fast-moving startup
