Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Active licensure in health profession required
  • Minimum 3 years in care management or related field
  • Prior experience as an advocate at Solace preferred
  • Comfortable leading virtual training sessions
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving needs
  • Excitement for working in a fast-moving startup
