Senior Project Manager / Industrial Engineer (m/f/d) (DACH) - Remote

Overview

You want to advise our renowned clients on maintenance digitization topics and develop and implement innovative solutions for them? You appreciate the variety between client assignments, teamwork, and remote work?

In Short

• Analyze existing ERP systems, identify improvement potentials, and develop detailed solution concepts, workflows, and interfaces.
• Lead challenging Careoffice customer software implementation projects in the DACH region, being responsible from A-Z, and advise our clients on digitizing their technical and business processes at the interface between clients, IT system integration, internal software development, and management.
• Actively share your expertise within the team, support colleagues with questions, and benefit from collegial knowledge exchange.

Requirements

• Completed studies in industrial engineering, business informatics, or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in process analysis, system integration, and requirements management in a cross-functional role between technology, IT, and business management.
• Strong IT affinity and solid experience with common tools (e.g., ERP, CRM, CAFM, EAM REM).
• Independent, structured working style and a confident demeanor in the client environment.
• Analytical thinking, proactive mentality, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of cross-functional, international collaboration.
• German C2 in spoken and written form, ideally complemented by English skills.
