Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior HVAC Project Manager with expertise in managing industrial projects. The ideal candidate should demonstrate solid expertise in industrial HVAC systems and ideally have experience in refrigeration and pressure installations.

In Short

• Develop detailed project plans including scheduling, budget management, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and supervise multidisciplinary teams (engineers, subcontractors, suppliers).
• Organize regular meetings to track progress, identify, and resolve issues.
• Validate designs and technical specifications in compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
• Monitor adherence to deadlines, budget, and quality criteria.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards on job sites.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular reporting on project status.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in mechanical, HVAC, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HVAC project management.
• Knowledge of industrial HVAC systems and quality and safety standards.
• Experience in industrial refrigeration systems or knowledge of pressure installations is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
