PSP Financial Manager - Remote

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a PSP Financial Manager.

• Ensure accurate and efficient financial operations with Payment Service Providers (PSPs).
• Maintain transparent reconciliations and safeguard liquidity.
• Support process optimization and automation.
• Contribute to financial control and operational stability.
• Build strong partner relationships.
• Investigate discrepancies in reconciliations with PSPs.
• Monitor liquidity including top-ups, invoice control, and settlements.
• Communicate ongoing with PSPs.
• Prepare ad hoc reports for stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of internal documentation on PSPs.

Requirements

• An Economics/Finance/Accounting/Technical degree or related experience.
• Fluent English (B2 or higher).
• Proficient in Russian – both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work with deadlines.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
