• Manage cash flow for fund and management company.
• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles.
• Prepare internal reports and financial models.
• Oversee fund accounting and coordinate tax filings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance, audit, fund operations, or a related field.
• Fluent in drawdowns, waterfalls, IPEV valuations, and LP queries.
• Deep understanding of audit processes, reporting cycles, and fund operations.
• Strong budgeting, variance analysis, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Familiar with IFRS or US GAAP and international tax basics.
• Fluent English - clear and credible with senior stakeholders and LPs.
• Direct experience with VC/PE fund structures and IPEV valuation is a plus.
• Exposure to Cyprus, Luxembourg, or similar fund jurisdictions is a plus.
