Compliance Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Infrastructure - Remote

Overview

Sodexo is seeking an Compliance Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Infrastructure Scope of Work to join our Operational Readiness team. This position will provide functional infrastructure support across the BAU Systems Workplace Services IFMS contract ensuring that all requirements of the hard services infrastructure offer are implemented, embedded and delivered in a safe, compliant and efficient manner. The role demands a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, management and influence to achieve project outcomes.

• Enhancing the efficiency and sustainability of facilities and infrastructure.
• Providing technical advice to stakeholders on facilities in remote mining villages.
• Leading the mobilization of new assets for operation.
• Managing site-based supervisors and contractors.

Requirements

• Engineering Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical or Electrical.
• Experience in managing projects in construction and maintenance.
• High competence with MS software packages.
• Expertise in project support and management.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and unforeseen events.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple resources for project delivery.
• Proven experience in the construction and maintenance industry.
