In Short

• Permanent opportunities for experienced and qualified Chefs.
• Work a 14 days on - 7 days off (11 Hour) roster.
• Positions available in Rockhampton, Townsville, and Cairns.
• Combination of Fly In, Fly Out and Drive in, Drive Out work.
• Must have an Australian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle.
• Passion for food and strong interpersonal skills required.
• Trade Certificate, Certificate III in Commercial Cookery needed.
• Experience in mass-catering environments is essential.
• Understanding of HACCP procedures is necessary.
• Must be based in Rockhampton, Townsville, or Cairns.

Requirements

• Trade Certificate, Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
• Previous experience in mass-catering environments.
• Australian Citizenship or Full Australian working rights.
• Strong understanding of HACCP procedures.
• Mandatory Australian Drivers Licence.
• Must be based in Rockhampton, Townsville, or Cairns.
