Requirements

• Trade Certificate, Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
• Previous experience in mass-catering environments.
• Australian Citizenship or full working rights.
• Strong understanding of HACCP procedures.
• Open and unrestricted Australian driver's license.
• Must be based in Cairns, Townsville, or Rockhampton.
