SEO & Organic Traffic Lead - Remote

Overview

The SEO & Organic Traffic Lead is responsible for optimizing our website's search engine performance and increasing organic traffic. This role involves strategic planning, executing SEO initiatives, and collaborating with various teams to enhance our online presence.

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, on-page, and off-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
• Work with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content development.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align SEO efforts with overall marketing strategies and product launches.
• Manage the relationship with an external SEO agency, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Continuously test and refine SEO tactics to achieve optimal results.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience managing SEO projects, and e-commerce - a must!
• Expertise in holistic SEO approaches, including on-page, off-page, and full-funnel.
• Expertise in SEO content creation, managing the content creation process from brief to execution.
• Proficiency in GA4 & Google Search Console.
• Experience in content optimization, SEO reporting, and dashboards.
• A self-starter & independent individual, someone who can take an idea from initiative to execution.
• A great communicator and collaborator, that can work with multiple interfaces.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
