Chief of Staff Intern - Remote

Overview

We’re hiring a Chief of Staff Intern to work directly with our CEO and COO on high-priority projects and company-wide initiatives. You’ll operate across strategy, operations, and execution to help us stay aligned and move faster. This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role. If you perform, we expect you to grow into a full-time role such as Strategy Associate, Operations Manager, or Chief of Staff.

In Short

• Support critical initiatives like pricing launch, investor updates, and product milestones
• Own cross-functional workstreams that cut across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Ops
• Build templates, dashboards, and tracking mechanisms
• Document decisions, follow-ups, and key results
• Help improve internal communications, planning, and coordination
• Evaluate, test, and implement tooling to support scalable growth
• Help align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success systems
• Coordinate lead and account routing logic with Marketing and SDRs
• Support quarterly planning and retrospective efforts with clean data and insights

Requirements

• Ruthless attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and high responsiveness
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
• Fast learner, quick to pick up new tools and workflows
• Proactive and independent, not afraid to push back when needed
• 2 years of experience at McKinsey, BCG, or Bain (nice to have)
• STEM or engineering background, or interest in AI/data (nice to have)
• Prior startup, tech sales, or fast-paced work experience (nice to have)
• Business, economics, or related academic background (nice to have)
