Junior Marketing Specialist - Remote

In this role, you will work closely with our LeadGen Master Henrik and support him in everything that scalable marketing entails: campaigns, automation, copywriting, and data work.

In Short

• Support in setting up and monitoring campaigns in Lemlist, Clay, and HubSpot.
• Write compelling texts for outreach, email sequences, and landing pages – and test what works.
• Prepare data, enrich it through various tools, and segment target audiences precisely for our clients.
• Work with Zapier and HubSpot workflows to automate and simplify processes.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of KPI dashboards and support reporting.
• Answer queries regarding ongoing campaigns, test processes, document workflows, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Requirements

• A degree in marketing, communication, business administration, or a related field.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions to adjust marketing strategies.
• Creativity and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies that stand out.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate clearly and persuasively.
• Understanding of current marketing trends and best practices.
• Basic knowledge in graphic design and video creation.
