We are seeking a Lead System Engineer with strong expertise in managing and supporting hypervisors, virtual machines, servers, storage, and backup systems. The role focuses on working with Hyper-V, SCVMM, and Windows-based infrastructure to ensure smooth operation, high performance, and reliability.

In Short

Oversee and optimize high-load on-premises infrastructure.
Maintain and support NAS, GPU-accelerated servers, and storage systems.
Manage data center environments and collaborate with Remote Hands.
Design, implement, and maintain virtualization solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues to minimize downtime.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum of 5 years as a Senior or Lead System Engineer.
Extensive experience with Microsoft virtualization platforms.
Proficiency in scripting languages for infrastructure management.
Hands-on experience with SAN and storage protocols.
