Senior Manager, Financial & Legal Systems - Remote

Overview

SOCi, the CoMarketing Cloud for Multi-Location Enterprises, is currently looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Financial & Legal Systems to lead and oversee the management and optimization of our financial and legal systems, including those for accounting (NetSuite, FloQast, Avalara, Maxio, Stripe, travel and expense), Financial Planning (need to implement a CPM, currently Mosaic), legal (IronClad, Docusign), Procurement ( Zip), as well as the integration of these systems with other enterprise systems, such as our CRM (Salesforce) and quoting (DealHub) systems.

In Short

• Own the strategy, administration, design, and scaling of our financial systems architecture.
• Manage and develop a team of financial and legal systems analysts.
• Identify opportunities to enhance system functionality and streamline processes.
• Partner with senior leadership to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of financial systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Lead all future implementations or integration projects.
• Develop and implement strategies for data governance and integrity.
• Support IT compliance requirements such as SOX, GDPR, and information security.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation on financial systems architecture.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience or 6+ years with Master’s Degree.
• 2+ years experience leading a team.
• 5+ years of experience in financial systems management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale systems implementation projects.
• Understanding of the NetSuite stack and experience with finance-related systems.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements such as SOX.
• Excellent communication skills for technical solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with programming languages.
• Strong financial and accounting understanding.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment.
