We are looking for a dedicated Senior Key Account Manager DACH to drive our expansion in the retail sector and manage our existing trade partnerships in the DACH region.

About the Role

snuggs has already built a strong online presence and is successfully listed in leading drugstores and retail chains in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, the Netherlands, and Belgium. However, our products are not yet physically available in retail or drugstores in Germany – changing that will be your central task.

You will be responsible for our market entry strategy for German retail, building relationships with buyers, negotiating listings, and successfully getting our products on the shelves. At the same time, you will continue to manage and develop our existing wholesale partners throughout the DACH region.

In this strategically important role, you will work closely with our co-founders and significantly shape the next growth phase of snuggs in retail – in one of our key markets.

In Short

  • Manage and expand our retail customers in the drugstore channel in the DACH region
  • Build strong relationships with buyers and category managers to promote product listings and sales growth
  • Negotiate promotions, terms, and visibility for snuggs products in-store and online
  • Develop tailored sales strategies and closely collaborate with marketing and operations for successful implementation
  • Monitor and analyze account performance and identify new growth opportunities

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in key account management, sales, or category management – ideally in the cosmetics, cleaning, or personal care industry
  • Experience with or at DACH drugstores (dm and/or Rossmann are a must)
  • Strong commercial understanding as well as negotiation and relationship skills
  • Very good knowledge of listing processes, promotion mechanisms, and sell-out strategies in the DACH drugstore environment
  • German at native level (C2) and fluent English
  • Ideally residing in Berlin or flexible within Germany with a willingness to travel
