Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in Commercial Lines Insurance.
  • Strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance policies.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Experience with customer inquiries and claims assistance.
  • Proficiency in processing claims and policy modifications.
  • Ability to manage COI and EOP documentation.
  • Experience with agency management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Professional demeanor in all interactions.
