Overview

The Trade Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring compliance with trade regulations and policies, managing contract approvals, and supporting various stakeholders in trade compliance training and documentation.

• Releasing blocked opportunities in Sales Force
• Screening and approving contracts in Sales Force
• Reviewing and approving sample shipments per compliance policy
• Training stakeholders on trade compliance
• Conducting due diligence for distributors
• Monitoring country of origin submissions
• Reviewing and approving product HS code classifications
• Verifying customs monthly reports
• Supporting customer surveys related to trade compliance
• Other assigned tasks

Requirements

• Diploma/bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Windows Office required
• Flexible work schedule
• Good English communication skills
