Field Service Engineer - Level 3 - Remote

Overview

As a Field Service Engineer – Level 3, you will troubleshoot, service, install, and repair Trace and X-ray equipment, contributing to the safety and security of various key markets.

In Short

• Join the Service department based in the Gatwick region.
• Responsible for meeting daily service repair needs and driving customer satisfaction.
• Installs, repairs, and maintains equipment in the field.
• Documents all inspections, maintenance, and repair work.
• Ensures tools and test equipment are maintained and calibrated.
• Provides technical support to customers and service professionals.
• Possesses solid technical knowledge of Trace and X-ray technologies.
• Must be willing to travel at short notice.
• Comply with health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Other duties as required.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or Related Trade Certification Level 3 Engineering qualification.
• Experience with mechanical and air-conditioning systems desirable.
• Computer literacy and competency in MS Office Suite.
• Experience in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical and electronic systems.
• Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
• Willingness to travel at short notice.
• Manual handling may be required.
